Sheila Noon, Ph.D., Assistant Vice President, Sales Operations

Sheila is responsible for directing implementation and sales support at SMARTHINKING.

Sheila has more than 20 years of experience in the educational technology field. During her career, she trained teachers in the effective use of technology at the Wicat Education Institute, developed test preparation packages for high-stakes assessments at Wicat Systems and Jostens Learning, and directed the academic services and field operations groups at Academic Systems.

Sheila received her B.A. from Bates College in Lewiston, ME and her Ph.D.and M.A. in cognitive psychology from the University of Louisville in Louisville, KY.
