Implementation Team Provides Hands-On Assistance
As professional educators, members of our implementation team are experts in helping educational institutions use Smarthinking’s online tutoring services to achieve their program goals. The Implementation Specialists assist schools in creating a roll-out plan that meets campus needs, provides orientation sessions for faculty and staff, assists in the development of program evaluation plans, and provides other support where needed to ensure the success of each implementation.
