Dr. Getchall shares information on the importance of service learning to the University and its students.  While his biggest challenge is getting faculty to use proper technology to serve students, the Learning Technologies department has implemented many successful strategies to support faculty in their endeavors, ultimiately benefiting students.  Listen Now (18:21)

Dr. Steiner discusses how UNM's large and diverse student body, including many non-traditional students, benefit from the Center for Academic Program Support (CAPS).  While dealing with challenges of physical space and budgets, CAPS successfully supports UNM's 35,000+ students with services for over 300 different courses.  Listen Now (17:19)

Often, students are not as prepared as necessary.  Rosemarie explains Utica College’s need to complement face-to-face tutoring with Smarthinking.
